This appliance a 13" anodized aluminum blade that is razor sharp, 1/2 horsepower, 319 RPM, and allows you to quickly slice you own meats for the ideal specialty sandwiches, pizzas, and appetizers. This is the hardest, thinnest, largest, and straightness blade in the business. It is coated with chromium and has an edge hardness of 60-62 Rockwell. Additionally, this tool has a grooved cheese blade that maintains its sharpness and can cut through tough cheese blocks when other tools can't.
