equipped with a self-closing door, ABS internal lining, aluminum back,
stainless steel exterior, foamed in place polyurethane cell insulation, digital
controls with an LED readout, a stainless steel slide rail work area with
cutting board, and a cold topping holding space.By keeping your meats,
vegetables, and condiments cool during off-peak hours, the hinged cover helps.
The unit has two brake and two non-brake casters mounted when it is shipped.
There are one epoxy-coated wire shelf per door and 1/6 size plastic pans with
mounting brackets that can be adjusted for more flexibility. The compressor,
which is placed on the back, can withstand temperatures ranging from 33°F to 41°F.
