Conventional steam generators are rendered obsolete by flash-steam generation: 

• Removes the need for boiler maintained to produce steam. 
• Puts a stop to boiler heating element burnout. 
• Preserves steam levels in the absence of a water reservoir. 

To roasts, steam, bake, or oven-fry in one piece of equipment, use temperature-controlled steam, convection heat, or mix of the two. Cook according to internal product temperature or time.

The operator can add more product color with the use of the gold-n-brown feature. With the Auto-Clean feature, cleaning is reduced to just one oven function.
